I suspect it was due to a bug with the vehicles which should be fixed now. EDIT: The issue is that TriggerDamage is smaller than the floor plane, meaning someone could fly on JetShip far enough and be able to walk under the water. In the new update, the water will act as TriggerDamage automatically, without needing to place the other one. ya me and others were under too
