Been out of the loop with computers for years but seen these mini PCs a few days ago and was shocked at how small they are. Some even have a disk drive at 7 inches long by 7 inches wide and an astonishing 2 inches in height. Anyway my question is will one of these with specs similar to the picture below run warmerise without any or much issue? I get around 16-20 Mbps download so my wifi is not great but up to par. If you guys think it will then I'll be back in game around Dec29th/30th.

The CPU it has is not very good, but it'll still be able to run the game, you can expect 20-40 fps at most. If you're going to get one with Intel Celeron, make sure it has at least 2 cores and 4 threads. But i3 and up would be better for gaming.
