  Today I logged in to find that my account is suddenly unregistered in-game and I cannot earn exp/cash. I tried refreshing the page and logging back in but the same issue seems to be occurring.

  It happened to me a few times, when they had updated things. Clear all the site data (cookies + storage) for Warmerise and login again.

  Don't Actually Worry You need to Re-Login

  Answer:
  How to Re-login what you mean Exactly?
  
  Just You have to keep in mind to remember your password and username
  Log out/Sign Out

  Log in (Again)

  Bug Fixed It also happened to me

  Just Re-login to Destroy that bug It Happened Few weeks ago when i was tryin to play the game Just try if it didn't work Check any other Problems on your own PC If memory is low e.g Unknown if the Bug is a "Hard Error"
  Then it well have to be Fixed :)
