  In my opinion, the features are limited when managing our clan. So what are these features? When you appoint an officer, he is automatically given powers such as kicking and approving members. For example, when throwing officers, a page may come out and there may or may not be allowed to kick members, approve members, manage discussions, or edit clan description.

  I'm not sure about clan info editing, but I'm quite sure that officers can do most of what you have mentioned if the clan owner allows that feature in the clan settings. http://prntscr.com/slqmj4

  Anyhow, I do think that officers should have the option to chance the clan logo, or make somekind of in-clan vote that could change the clan owner to someone else, for cases the clan leader is inactive and should get replaced.
