Edit: I found solution. Issue related with USB ports. USB 2.0 ports handles most mouses but when you use gaming mouses on it usb 2.0 can't handle very well and this one causes weird glitch in game. I plugged my gaming mouse to USB 3.0 port and problem got fixed.
