What's a WRM file and how to make?

It's the file format Warmerise uses for exported maps.

You'll need to download the WarmeriseMapExport package first. Once you have it installed, Unity will show up a new menu entry called "Warmerise". If you click on it and go to Custom Map > Export... (while having a Scene file selected), a [YourSceneName].wrm will get created in a folder named "__Maps".

Be sure to check out the tutorial.

Crap. I'm on school chromebook, and someof the links are blocked. Any alternatives?

Sadly, no. You may be better off creating maps at home on your own PC.

So, could making a map in Maya be possible? I don’t have unity nor I don’t have the resources (money) to buy it.

@Spacetrooper You could use Maya to create your entire map and then export everything as one 3D model, but you need to import it into Unity then in order to create a .wrm file. Unity is free to download and use, by the way. You just need to register an account.

Do I need to do any coding or are there presets for the game (like armory spot, spawn points, etc)

No, those things are already included in the WarmeriseMapExport package. You just put them where you want them to be. Be sure to check out the tutorial. It's not possible to use custom scripts anyway.
