Can you try again but in fullscreen mode? Press 'P' or click the icon at the top right corner.
Let me know if performance is better when playing in fullscreen mode.

Alternatively you can try Google Chrome (if you not using it already).

You need to change browser. Try Mozilla FireFox (latest version) it should give you a better performance, even in low FPS. I've played even on a crappy laptop in 5v5 Base, and it was playable with 25 FPS.

I tried mozillai, but this time I am struggling to move to the right when the mouse is strange. I think I will learn to live with this problem :( , thank you for your answer.

You're welcome. And I totally agree with the mouse issue, I get the same issue on Mozilla FireFox but not in Chrome. I don't know if that's a game issue that Max can fix.

Set the screen resolution to 1024/768 (in your Windows control panel). It may help.

Firefox currently has a bug when mouse movement becomes jittery if fps goes below 30.
Also the reason I said to try fullscreen is because I made some changes at the time I wrote that post, so you might want to try again.
