it does indeed look like the speed is faste than it should be. The points Chris says in the description of the video are:
1. character is using the walking animation when moving the fastest 2. Stamina is not lost when "Walking" despite moving much faster than sprint speed 3. Stamina is only lost when jumping 4. Has an average ping fluctuating between 70-90
And yes there was another person reporting this person.

It could be the effect of the known "rubber banding bug", which makes the player appear to move faster, but in this case, it wasn't as apparent (in the case of the said bug players swing back and forth a lot, which wasn't present in the video evidence). I am not ruling out the possibility that you weren't hacking, but if you were, it would greatly help improve the game if you disclose what you used. I will be running a few checks to determine if you can be unbanned.

Summary: My guy using lag switch.
A small algorithm that logs user's ping could help a lot. If person's ping spikes constantly then it means they are lag switching. I hope we can see better optimizated servers in Warmerise oneday. Especially ping limits.

Summary:
Kept doing it, with his teammates who were all unregistered. After I posted here in the videos forum, I went back in and "Player 709" was doing it over and over, killing everyone, highest score. I followed him back, then sat and picked off all his unregistered teammates as they went behind the wall. He then announced that he'd been filming me, too. Probably also likhitha, but who knows. At any rate, this is likhitha using a wall exploit in CYCLONES. I have a lot more video of it, but this shows it clearly.
