  Hi, I don't really know where to put it, so i put it here. This guy PaunchyPaul is scuba diving next to red base in Island map. I find it rude

  Thanks for response. Well this is pretty clear situation, so I hope they will somehow punish that guy. Should I leave it here, or is there a better place to put it, or even somehow directly report?

  Well PaunchyPaul is notorious cheater, who use glitches in Island map often. I saw him more times. He would stand next to enemy base and spawn killing. But there is nothing I can do about that i guess
