  The 10 players with the most friends in their friendlist appear on that list. So all you have to do is add everyone you see and all members who just registered :p

  Shortcut: Open Max's timeline, on each log of new friend added, there will be an option to 'Add Friend' and that'll send the request without needing to open new page. Go insane on his timeline and you'll reach the list in no time :D
