  • ricepolisher When the large quantity of rice is needed, there is need of installation of the conventional ***** husker. From this machine, the rice produced is of good quality and high grade of rice is obtained. In earlier time bran goes together with the husk, now bran is separated from the husk, and the rice is sold at good price. At small scale when coal is used in rice mill plant the operating cost increases thus profit is decreased. More pollution is created due to the use of coal and the husk remains as waste. If husk is utilized in place of coal as fuel, then it is determined that operating cost becomes less and economical profit comes more than the coal for rice production. Automatic Operation: (1) Open the manual shutter then input ***** in the tank. (2) Confirm suction air in the suction pipe. (3) Turn power ON. (4) Run the machine motor. (5) Set at "AUTO" the change over switch on the control box. (6) Once the feed valve opens and feeder vibrates to start husking, adjust the roll-pressure to set the husking ratio at about 90%. Adjustment of rubber roll air pressure) Turning the handle of- regulator clockwise to increase pressure (increase the husking ratio) and turning-it counter clockwise to decreases the pressure (decreases the husking ratio). (7) When the ***** sorting machine hopper becomes full. Feed valve will close,-and the roll gap will widen then will stop husking (only when it is linked with the- ***** separator hopper.) (8) Then, when the ***** separator hopper becomes empty, feed valve will open-after a timer of the timer setting to resume husking operation. (9) When the husker hopper becomes empty, feed valve will close, and the roll gap-widen to stop husking. (10) When any ***** comes, feed valve open after a time of the timer setting to-resume The husking operation. Parboiling treatment induces various physicochemical changes in ***** which play an important role in storage, milling, cooking and eating qualities. Although PBR is known to have a number of advantages, require more energy, water and time for processing and cooking than the untreated rice. The parboiling treatment gelatinizes the rice starch, improves the hardness of the rice upon drying, minimized the breakage loss and thus increases the milling yield. Over-parboiling resulted in over-opening of the husk components followed by bulging out of the endosperm which initiates surface scouring during ***** separator and the resultant ground particles being lost into the husk and bran.
