I'm gonna tell this for the players who haven't figured out how to stop him yet. It's pretty simple actually. You just gotta go to the jet base and make sure you lower the jets health. But don't blow the jets. Just lower to %20 percentage so when he gets on the jet you can easily kill him on the air. Today when I joined a room he was going 14 - 2. I did this simple trick he finished the game with
