Summary : Those guys aren't hackers / cheaters (at least I don't think so) but they deserve a ban anyway, imo.
They are just using a software to make their ping spike or they just do as they said, they uncap their fps and they "lag" we can see it there : https://prnt.sc/12w5z9cFrom what xCypher says, Destroyer would abuse the lag too (on my side I can confirm that but I have no supporting evidence)So the fact that he asks xPanda if Des (so Destroyer69) taught him how to "abuse" already shows us that he himself uses this method of"uncapping" fps to have incredible kills but also unachievable.
PS : We were 4v2ing them, I could have joined their team, but it wouldn't have made any sense, I wanted to continue to record that
