Fix the Goddamn Ping Problems

I don't have any ping Problems, but 80% of the playerbase do, so fix it please Max, they're just lagging in the session and teleporting trough the area, and its pretty much impossible to shoot them cause you can't predict in which direction they'll go.
*And why is it taking +-2 seconds after a headshot, until the enemy dies? Weird
