  I used a program called "UV Mapper" to get these untextured templates from the OBJ files. I find them better to work with than the ones which already have a texture on them. These are in the PNG format.

   

  I don't know how long these will remain with the hosts the ZIP file is uploaded to. The link below has multiple mirrors for the file so if you can't use one, for whatever reason, try another. If all are down let me know here and I'll upload and post a new link.

  By request, I downloaded the Knife file and used UVMapper to get the template {since the Knife wasn't included when the other weapons were first available}. Here it is {1024x1024}...

  could you put these downloads into mediafire? mirror creator takes me to some risky sites. Thanks

  Unfortunately, Mediafire requires signing up to upload {as most upload sites do these days} and I'm not going to sign up for those. I just used the Solidfiles link on Mirror Creator site and it's still good to go. If someone else is signed up on Mediafire and wishes to upload it for you they're more than welcome to.

  Great informative post
