Lately the ping and lag issue has been in increase. And that led to many "Laggers" in the game. And most of the games becomes actually "Unplayable" because of that.
So my suggestion is as following.
Lowering the max ping allowed inside a server from 1k (Which is weird why the max is that high) to about 300 or 250.
My reason is that once you get past 250 you can actually keep killing easily before some one lucky his shot gets registered before yours.
from 100 to 200 the game looks to be able to kinda keep up, while from 200 to 250/300 . the players looks like he is doing short teleports which is still kinda good compared to 300+.
