Is it a keyboard error or a command glitch ?

     Max help me , I have a bug . my keyboard works fine , i used another website to check this is normal but in game it is the opposite , it doesn't work even though i press repeatedly to change weapons but it does not work . I use Google Chrome .

    Try going to options and changing the button for weapon change
