The Dark Arena had been purchased and refurbished by the Warmerise Mercenary Training Corporation for the purpose of training new mercs. Unfortunately the arena has fallen into disrepair over the years and now even the power is no longer stable. The power supply, located above the center of the arena, is so decrepit that it leaks radiation.
