  Why is there no one online? no servers are in the lobby.

  Clearing cache indeed helps, but you can try refreshing. Not just for this issue but it's general for many other minor issues.
  Refresh server list , doesn't help? Refresh page, still don't? Refresh/restart browser. This mostly fixes the issue for me if there's no internet problem or the site itself have servers down.

  OfCourse,their could be a problem in your internet or your browser you must clean your cache by downloading clean master ( https://clean-master-for-pc.en.softonic.com/download ) Restart your brower if this does not work fully uninstall your browser than download again.
