I can't log in my account, when i tried to log in, i can't remember right password, but when i try to send recover message, then appear thas:

When I try to create new account, system writes me that:
***** Address pgmi@mail.ru
Someone has already registered this ***** address, please use another one.
But when i create new account with new ******, sustem answers me that:
Profile Address
Someone has already picked this profile address, please use another one.
