Back in 2015, I created an account https://warmerise.com/profile/danil2006 after that, after losing on it for a long time, I abandoned the game for a year, after which I tried to log in to my account but forgot my password. It means the account wasn't verified yet.
Anyway, I have manually verified that account, so "Forgot password?" option should work now.
EDIT: What @mattyspectrum said, the site was briefly shut down and then re-opened in 2017, so everyone had to start from scratch.
But in your case I see the account https://warmerise.com/profile/danil2006 was created again (after site re-opening), but wasn't verified.
