There's a set limit of 1000 ping (I think), after which the person is kicked out automatically. While most games keeps the limit to 200-300, there's a reason why it's 1000 here, because players are more susceptible of hitting ping spikes in this game. Setting a ping limit and trying to improve the lag is all Max can do. If he start banning for this, more than half the players will be wiped out.

i agree but players with high pings don't have it a the time this person has his ping high every game he joins

xPenguin: It is 100% possible to have high ping in every region. I have a friend who plays this game who has super high ping in every region because he lives in Africa, far away from any of the servers. AND if the person had bad internet anyway then it would create that problem.
Stop being mean to everyone guys. It is still possible that he is correct and that this person is lag abusing. Some people have other programs running in the background to INTENTIONALLY get high ping so it is hard to kill them. This is not alright. Yes he may be wrong, but he could also be right.
