can't see knife skin while on server

few days ago i bought Psychotropikal knife V2 skin and whenether i take out knife i don't see the skin nor anyone else

Did you verify that the skin is attached to the weapon?

In the Armory Menu select the weapon and click the button in the bottom right corner, then select the skin: https://vvcap.com/7dilAZcTo
