  Im wondering if there are copywright rules around creating gun skins in this game. I want to use a pic from this anime (don't worry, im not a weeb), hovever I think it's copywrighted. Am I allowed to use it or are there rules against it?

  As far as I know, copyright rules apply to weapon skins.

  I rechecked the terms & Services to see if anything related to custom skins has been added. But couldn't specifically find any such particular sentence, so I believe the general rules of User Content will imply in this case. You can read it by yourself from the terms & services.
