  Everytime I join a server, I cant move or anything,

  I tried switching teams and Im still stuck and change servers Im still stuck please help me

  Try clearing the cache and cookies.

  So every single time you join the server you can't move?
  What browser are you using?
  Also can you try one thing, go to Options -> Controls and click Reset Controls, let me know if it had any effect.
