  Hi, so I wanted to suggest to decrease ping limit to 1k , as we all know the limit of ping is 2k and one single player can make a whole server lag. The reason of why suggest this is cuz there's some players that always has 1k ping and they just play like that and it's very annoyin.

  We must also consider that the ping worsened in all the servers, before there were ping maps of 80 to 110 and now the minimum is 210. In addition to that players who are not from the same area have worse ping. The server is declining, I do not know.
