Adjustments are divided into the following categories to be adjusted:

(2) Angle adjustment of the sieve body: The inclination angle of the sieve body can be adjusted from 0° to 12°. Generally adjusted to 10 ° in the early Qing Dynasty. When adjusting the angle, simply loosen the bolts on the left and right sides of the frame, and the screen can be moved to the desired angle according to the ticket attached to the frame. (3) Amplitude adjustment: The amplitude indicating disc is mounted on both sides of the screen body. By adjusting the eccentric block at both ends of the vibration motor shaft, the smaller the eccentric block coincidence degree "X" is, the smaller the amplitude is obtained, and vice versa. Note that the eccentric block overlap on both sides of the screen should be adjusted consistently. The eccentricity of the two ends of each motor should also be adjusted. Avoid inconsistent vibration amplitude and damage the machine rubber spring.
(4) Adjustment of vibration direction angle: It is necessary to change the vibration direction angle. It is only necessary to loosen the four fixing bolts and turn the vibration motor chassis. The angle adjustment of both sides of the injection screen body must also be the same. The adjustment of the vibration direction angle is also different depending on the adjustment of the material to be cleaned.
