what should we do with jelmervailoces?

this player is very toxic max. we had peacefull month without him and now he is spamming the comments and being toxic again. so what are we gonna do with him? hes a extreme nuicance to warmerise and when he was banned warmerise was WAY more peaceful than when hes here.
