Do you think SOME Top 100s aren't ACTUAL pros?

Sometimes I see some Top 100s join a game which I'm in, after some time I see that I can kill them VERY easily sometimes. Also I occasionally see some Top 100s get more DEATHS than KILLS in a server. Do you think some of them are kinda nouby and they got their XP because they were playing for long? If you want another answer, you have the comments!
