Railrifel buff?

So the railrifel had a lot of changes compared to the old rail (I remember) back than it had a high damage but you couldn't spam it. One of the things change was that the rail was buffed to be spamable. It also got nerved by decreasing the damage. Now its not spamable but still has a low damage. There have been a lot of complaints about it and max also said that he will think about increasing
