Summary: I joined and saw people complaining but didn't realize what they were talking about. Later on during the game I found out he was going through the fences and some walls and he clearly knew he was using some sort of bug or glitch as he said in chat. And said some random stuff and kept taking advantage of it instead of trying to leave and rejoin or something at the very least.
I never saw this glitch/bug whatever it is but basically he can walk through the fences and it's not due to lag because there were players with much higher ping and not doing that.
Hope you can look into it.

This is a bug, while you can go through fences and walls. You are not permitted to go up ramps and stairs. I have had this bug before, but have not exploited it. Therefore it is unfair and he must own up its own actions for choosing to exploit thi... less

As I see it, you don't recognize chits, this is when someone's internet is crap, you also have 190 ping in Europe, do you also use lagswitch? turn on your brain.
