My room list doesn't show any rooms, however if I play in an incognito tab, these rooms show up. However, if I play in an incognito tab it's always on 500 ping, making it unplayable. Sometimes the game is also stuck on this blue trapezoid loading creen with "Downloading 90%" written on it, and in order to bypass that, I should press quickplay first. Any suggestions on how to fix this, since I already tried deleting the cookies and changing the DNS for starters. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Go to the member list and click the pencil icon near your name, then remove everything and click Save Changes.
It should remove the duplicated rank, then you can edit it back to previous value.
