So not much idea but how about a new sub shop for weapons on vehiclas like u can choose a grenade auncher instead of the mounted gun on the hummer and u could choose a mini guns instead of missiles on jet ext.

 If we are talking about new hand held weapons i was thinking some of the ideas mentioned above can be used with the old stock weapons modules.
New weapons idea:
scoped revovler which acts as a mid to long range weapons damge value idk u can make it your self, but in my opinon
