So, he sold the game to "a person who used to be a game developer" and he "has no idea if it will receive updates any time soon". Plus, the companies involved didn't made any announcement about the acquisition (so far).
BionicLogic Inc. owns and operates CPMStar, an ad platform that specializes in acquiring and monetizing gamer traffic (src). Tactics Network LLC seems to be a part of BionicLogic Inc.
That... doesn't sound very promising at all. Knowing that an ad company (?) acquired Warmerise, I honestly fear for the worst.
I've been pretty much inactive as a player here for the past weeks. I doubt this will bring me back or renew any hope of Warmerise becoming better in the short term. (And ngl... Max should've sold the game to me.) less

Summary: This player was harassing the entire lobby, being extremely toxic, so i decided to let him know that he has very high ping and that his lag is making hes player model teleport and skip everywhere, he then admited that he is lag abusing on purpose to gain an advanatge as you can see on the screenshots, he then decided to make fun of Max and call him something that was not shown due to the profanity he used obviously, he then continued to say that he enjoys the lag and enjoys abusing this to make other players rage quit and not enjoy the game, and continued to say bad things about Waremerise as a game, this is proof that he is intentionally using this lag abuse to exploit in the game and then be toxic to other players, this is all that i could post and i hope that he can get banned with this evidence. I thank you... less
