  Go to Sign-in page and click "Forgot Password?" then follow the instructions.

  I clicked on restore password entered my ***** and was told that the user account has not yet been verified or disabled by an administrator.

  When I click on the url you pasted. It says that “I am not allowed to view this private page.”

  It means that you haven't verified your e.mail address yet. When you login again it should give you an option to re-send verification e.mail.
