not able to change answer in a poll

i was browsing through the polls and i went to this poll :-

i clicked on idk and then clicked on show questions and clicked on yes but then i decided to change my answer and again clicked on show questions and clicked on idk and then i saw that there was not even 1 vote on yes so i again decided to change my answer and clicked on show questions but then i was not able to choose yes.

i was able to change to other answers but i was not able to change my answer to yes but when i closed the tab and then again opened it then i was able to change my answer to yes

one small fix needed in the create poll page

it shows create new pll instead of create new poll

and when i searched what is the meaning of pll then i got this :-
