Sounds Like you are covering the Validation points set by the creator of the game. For example: if you open a recently download of the weapon png file. Zoom in all the way, you will see 2 blue Pixel point at the upper left corner. These pixel cannot be covered or painted over otherwise your png file will fail to upload. These are the validation point that the program looks for
