  when an allied players opens fire his color changes to the opposite teams
  
  example: blue dot - team mate opens fire - red dot during the duration of the shooting - ceases shooting - blue dot

  Yeah, I've noticed opposite team dots on the radar but there is nobody there.

  I have experienced the radar bug where the enemy dot disappears for a few seconds

  It only shows it when they are shooting, if they stop shooting it goes away. Correct me if I am wrong.

  not wrong tho,the statement u said is correct,the opposite dot appears and when it stops it dissappears
