If you know how to model simple objects you can creat this map. See image below. Such buildings can be easily created. You do not need no should copy exact curves but just this idea of making a building so each floor would be separate floor with endless balcony and glass columns can be inside the building as support and to provide cover. Holes with ladder can be insted of elevators or stairs.
