Hi guys. I've been trying to make a SAIKOPATH skin for plasmagun for my skin series, but for some reason it says that my skin is not a valid UV map. I put the verification pixels alright and did not modify them. idk why it says it isn't valid. Here are some screenshots below:(image of verification pixels)

    (issue)

(This also happened to me while trying to make a knife skin for the same series)

pls help me. I want to upload this skin asap. tysm

The pixels have to be... actual pixels... and not a blurry mess like in your screen.

I'll try to make the editing page smaller... instead of 1024x1024 I'll do 512x512

You should keep the original size. If it's 1024x1024, let it be at 1024x1024.

Also, I have to take back what I said earlier. Just saw that the pixels in the original texture file are blurry as well, so... that's likely not the reason for the error.

Care to send me your skin file (uploaded to e.g. Google Drive) via PM? I'll try and see what went wrong.

Sometimes it helps if you download the uv again and then make a screenshot of the old skin and just put it over the new one. I had that issue too. After the new uv it worked out

For ***** sake people, if you have eyes you'd have noticed that each skin texture has 2 blue pixels in the top left corner of the image, if you overwrite these pixels then skin verification fails. The best thing you can do is copy both pixels and put them on a 3rd topmost layer, then put all your skin decorations on the 2nd layer, keeping the 1st layer the original plasma gun texture and then exporting it as a PNG so the layers combine and overwrite appropriately.
