BUG TYPE : Undefeatable Players means we kill players damage appears but he dont die

Summary ; Max we kill him damage appear upper on the xp card but he dont die many people try to kill and i teleport and hit him with knife but he dont got damage is this bug or hack pls tell and reply and fix this

The question is what kind of Ping you and the other person got?
Because sometimes the delay of the information from your computur to the general server is too slow because of high ping. So basically the information of you hitting the person doesnt go to the server and thats why you dont get the kill.
