Where do I go to make a cape?

Ns Design Games Headquarter you need to go there to make a cape or take a piece of cloth and tie it with your neck you that's how you will make a cape xd...

Nowhere. Only weapons can be custom skinned.

All the capes in the Armory were made by Max. You can buy the "User Cape" item, then your cape will have your profile picture on it.

Not completely true. The usercape doesn't use your profile picture anymore. You can upload another picture for the Cape in armory without having to change your profile picture

Ah, I see. I didn't know that as I don't own it. Well, guess Max needs to update the text then :P

Two purposes: 1) it's stylish. 2) it gives users something to buy after earning all the weapons.

Oh. Makes sense. I just wish one costs waaay less. Like a first-cape-to-get that's all 1 color or something...
