Some people read this but dont care and still give their password to that page and they get hacked and start complaining that they got their accounts stole.

I think it depends on what people’s pings are.
Try clearing the browser cache that's usually the main cause.
To clear cache in chrome you do: Shift + F5 or Shift + Reload Icon ( https://prnt.sc/Cy7piazvjuzT )
