IDK if this has anything to do with it, but there is a lag abuse issue. Players are opening multiple browser tabs with high data usage, like youtube videos, and then setting their in-game quality to maximum in order to become laggy for the opponents. This doesn't change how they are able to play, but it does change where they appear to the enemy and gives them a HUGE advantage. The ping limit has helped this somewhat, but it is still occuring fairly frequently at a lesser advantage than before.

Ping can be an issue in this game. I suggest closing all other tabs, and/or move closer to your Internet source, or purchase an ethernet cable (they only cost a few dollars). Doing these things can make your ping lower.
