dont ask why but I see the same soldier model everywhere, and so as the guns. are these other games copying this one or is this one copying theirs? I don't get it but it seems odd and I don't like being a copied charater, if max did copy this
?, first of all, the game is built using Assets. Meaning Max likely did not create everything himself (because creating 3d models take a LOT of time, too much in fact) so most games probably use very similar assets.

so even the original picture is copyright? i see screenshots of the soldier with space behind him. that was used in the OG thing. so technicly this game isn't original what so ever. man I thought it was
