Trust me, I can personally tell how hard it is sometimes. I had...  moreIn light of some horrific recent events, I just want to ask how is everyone doing? If you have something going on you want to get off your chest or just talk about write it out here or DM me. Trust me, I can personally tell how hard it is sometimes. I had a phase during the pandemic where I was getting jealous of my friends hanging out without me. It felt even worse when sometimes they invited me but I just couldn't bring myself to hang out with them. Even on discord when I saw my friends on a public call without me, my anxiety would stop me from joining. I knew they probably would have liked talking to me, but deep down I just thought they hated talking to me. Thankfully, I had some good friends online and irl that made the effort to hang out with me during that time. Now, I feel I have a good circle of people that I would call great friends, both online and irl. I still have that jealous feeling sometimes, but it is much more manageable now.

    I say this because I didn't talk to a therapist back then, but I know I should have. Mental health is as big of a deal as physical health, if not more. You belong here.

    Check up on your friends too. See how they are doing and try to talk to them more. I know its hard but we are all in this together (High school musical style)

    Don't let that 0-51 score in Warmerise get you down too we all suck :)  less

      I can totally relate with you. Not exactly the jealousy part, but definitely on the anxiety and such. Even now, sometimes I still come up with random things to get myself out of joining vc, though I'm usually being completely honest when I say I don't feel good. I've been sick a lot this year, it's been miserable. But, when it comes to facing others, even you guys on occasion, I find it really hard to just say,"Sure, I'll join you."
      I've struggled with social anxiety all the way back to elementary school. I don't go out of my way to make friends, I always just wait for people I think would be nice to hang out with to come to me. I get horrible stomach aches just thinking about having to speak to people I feel I don't know that well. Hilariously can't even say more than a greeting to the bus driver I've been riding with for six whole years. I've singled myself out over the years because of it.       It's humiliating. I can't move past it. I want to move past it. And now that I'm nearing the end of my school line, I have no idea how I'm gonna survive out in the real world, how many job interviews I'm gonna botch because of my stammering and such. I'm not ready, don't think I ever will be.
      But I'm getting better, have slowly been these last four years. Having a YouTube channel has helped immensely with that.
      I may not always seem completely comfortable with anyone other than my immediate family, but I try my best to be who I am, to let myself have fun with others. Especially you guys. You're my non-blood family, and you mean more to me than I can ever say. It's not something I want to give up anytime soon. You guys are amazing, and definitely don't deserve me, but...yeah.
